There aren’t many things that mean more to me in this role of photographer than when a couple, who entrusted me to tell their wedding story and document that most special day in their lives, then invites me back to capture the birth of their children. I really care for my couples and families, and so getting to see them grow and connecting with them again, seeing the love they have for their newborn babies and watching them in this special time as a parent is so touching. As a mom myself, I’ve been in their shoes. I know what it feels like to get married to my love, and then to expand my family. I now how the heart doubles and triples in size. Getting to tell that story and give them images they will cherish when their babies are grown and have families of their own is the biggest honor. Images that the very baby I’m photographing will frame because it is of them and their beautiful mother from 30 years ago. And I was there…at the beginning to tell this story. What an honor. It’s their greatest love story, and it’s a joy I can’t really put into words.

The kind, sweet, warm, loving, beautiful Kim & Chris, and their new baby girl. Their 2016 Four Seasons Baltimore wedding will forever be a favorite, and now their newborn session will too.
