  • Hi there and welcome!

    I am a photographer based in Northern VA, specializing in Interiors, Brands, and capturing the love of a family on medium format film. Having earned a Master of Fine Arts degree in Interior Design from Virginia Commonwealth University and being a photographer for 8 years, I’ve been able to blend my love for capturing a feeling through an image with my love for spaces, people, and stories. Whether it’s the feeling of being inside a beautifully designed place, the feeling of a brand’s story and how it draws people in, or the feeling of a 3 year old’s tiny arms wrapped around their mother and the impossible joy felt at hearing their sweet giggle, my heart connects with each one of these and translates it into imagery that has soul and evokes emotion. I believe in telling a story, beautiful light, gratitude, and always seeing the beauty in life and in others.

Back From Europe!

I’m back from what was an amazing time in Europe over the past two weeks! I’m equal parts happy to be back, as I am sad to leave behind two amazing countries, the most delicious food and coffee ever, and the best quality time spent with Rob and Luca. I am excited to get back to my desk and implement so many wonderful things I learned at Greg Fink’s film photography ‘Light’ Workshop! It was such a great experience, bringing together 17 attendee’s from 8 countries, and a vendor team to die for! I have over 55 (yes 55) rolls of film I am sending off today to the Find Lab, and I will be sitting on the edge of my seat waiting for the scans to be delivered to my inbox (and crying a little when I pay the bill for them, haha!). I can’t wait to share more from my travels and the workshop experience, as well as a fun little shoot I did in Paris with an American actress/singer living there! In the meantime, you can see some of my experiences chronicled on Instagram, and I will be sharing my film photos very, very soon! Hope everyone is having a great spring so far! Yay for gorgeous weather and everything being in full bloom upon our return!

I love seeing one of my favorite couples in the history of the universe featured on The Knot online!
