  • Hi there and welcome!

    I am a photographer based in Northern VA, specializing in Interiors, Brands, and capturing the love of a family on medium format film. Having earned a Master of Fine Arts degree in Interior Design from Virginia Commonwealth University and being a photographer for 8 years, I’ve been able to blend my love for capturing a feeling through an image with my love for spaces, people, and stories. Whether it’s the feeling of being inside a beautifully designed place, the feeling of a brand’s story and how it draws people in, or the feeling of a 3 year old’s tiny arms wrapped around their mother and the impossible joy felt at hearing their sweet giggle, my heart connects with each one of these and translates it into imagery that has soul and evokes emotion. I believe in telling a story, beautiful light, gratitude, and always seeing the beauty in life and in others.

I had the pleasure of photographing these two last weekend in Central Park and I wanted to share a little preview. Central Park might be one of my all time favorite places to shoot, and I am JUST LOVING this winter light! I tell ya, there is something so soft and romantic about it. Central Park in the winter is gorgeous! The trees open up to reveal so much more of the skyline and there is a beautiful winter feel to it all. Both the light and the scenery make me forget all about the 30 degree temperatures (or more like 10 degree lately here in NYC) and that winter glow just warms my couples and me right up!

If you are looking for a Central Park Engagement Session this winter, I am SO down!! 20 degrees, no problem. Let’s go! All the more reason to snuggle and steal kisses behind blankets!

Y’all know I have an intense affection for all things Nordstrom, and while recently perusing their site for my impending WPPI Expo and UNITED trip attire (a girls gotta have her outfits coordinated), I came across this!
